This is a great shower curtain, nice drape, good heft, rich sheen. I've machine washed it with no problem whatsoever. My only problem with it is that the color, while very nice, is hard to match. I recommend getting this curtain first and matching things to it second, otherwise you may find that some things will clash. It does well with basic blues and dark greens, though depending on what you choose it will make the curtain look different. That is, you can emphasize the green or a more bluish tone by matching different colors to it. In general it's like a greyish sea-green more than anything else. The nubby fabric resembles a silk and has a very smooth texture as well as a subtly shiny look. I really like it but I wish I'd waited to buy my towels.I was very excited to get this shower curtain. I love the way it looks but when it arrived I was disappointed in the quality. The "window" portion is sewn crooked and looks very cheap. After having it for a couple of months, the "window" is also starting to pull apart from the upper portion. Guess I'll be shower curtain shopping again soon. The product is made from Polyester and other Polyester Shower curtains we had needed no Liners. This one does. It is not a tight weave, and has a mesh design at the top, so water gets into the fabric and can wet your floor. The product care label also says to dry clean. Who dry cleans Shower Curtains?I wish I could contact the seller, but I'm not sure how from amazon. The curtain looked really nice in our bathroom, but within two weeks of it hanging in the shower, the mesh part began separating from the rest of the material. It started out as a few holes, and then became big gaps. I give it another day or two before it completely falls off.I think it was due to the wait of the water on the bottom of the curtain, but still. It's a shower curtain, right??Wish it would've lasted longer (or wish they would send me a new one! :)I needed a hold over curtain until I spend double the price on the design I really want for my finished bathroom. This one has a nice color and feel to it. It's light weight and doesn't lay well against a cheap liner but for the price, I'm satisfied. It was kind of hard to imagine how this would look from the picture on the web site as the picture was diagonal and you could not see the bottom of the curtain, but we got it anyway. After we hung it, it looks exactly like the picture. I love it. It does need to by dry cleaned, though, so that is a bummer. However, it should not get dirty very quickly as it is obviously on the outside of the shower liner. This was a neat shower curtain at first, but in less than a year has formed holes in the netting you see in the picture at the top. Looks good, but does not have the quality needed to last.Beautiful!! This shower curtain is neutral and can be used anywhere. The way the light comes through is just pretty(sorry I don't have a picture). If you have a white bathroom, then this will work just fine; if you are very particular, then accessorize with biege items. The directions said that this curtain is dry clean only. If you wash w/light colors and air dry, you should be just fine. I wouldn't try bleaching it unless it's colored, powdered bleach.
