Push push is a great motivational song for any type of aerobic exercise. In fact I first heard this song by Falco in an exercise class at my local gym but I never knew who did that song. I even took a voice recorder to the class just so I could record the song so I would have it when I was on the elliptical trainer. But of course it was of poor quality and I was always hoping that someday I would find out who the artist was saying. It wasn't until recently when I discovered an app from the istore called Sound Hound. All you have to do is press on the screen of Sound Hound when whatever music it is that you want to find out who does it is playing, and within 15 seconds it not only tells you the song and the artist but also the album, along with lyrics, how cool is that? So I highly recommend this CD only for that song push push which will help you to PUSH your heart rate up for at least the duration of the song.And if you search around on Amazon you should be able to find this CD for round $25 or less.
